Bob Tscholl

Bob Tscholl brings decades of legal experience to Schulman, Roth & Associates, where he serves as Of Counsel. His distinguished career spans both the private and public sectors, with a focus on labor and employment law, litigation, and arbitration.

From 1976 to 1986, Bob practiced as a private sector labor attorney before transitioning to the public sector as a labor attorney for the City of Canton from 1986 to 1989. Since 1989, he has built a robust litigation practice, representing clients in labor and employment law, oil and gas and consumer law. Over the years, Bob has handled a wide range of cases, including jury trials, bench trials and arbitration hearings, earning a reputation for his dedication and results-driven approach.

Bob is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Ohio and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in Labor and Employment Law, a distinction awarded to attorneys who demonstrate excellence in their field.
